  Worst place to buy the furniture. I bought more than 6k$ worth of furniture from them. First they charged extra delivery by dividing it into two orders as some parts were not ready at first delivery date. But then everything got delivered on the same day. They refused to return the charges of the 2nd delivery.

  Second, the salesman sold me wrong mattress base which was compatible with my bed and the mattress. I had to get it replaced. Third, there were some damage parts of the bed and chairs. They just colored the ripped part of bed and for chairs I am still waiting to get the replacement. They ve worst after sales customer service i ve experienced in Canada. No follow up on the customer complaint from their end. I ve called them multiple times and every time they seems to ve no clue of the complaint. Every time they tells me that person before did some mistake. There is no replacement request in the system. They are doing it again now and I should receive the replacement of the damage part in ~6 weeks. And the cycle starts again when I dont hear from them. Its been 7 months now. Still following and trying to get my replacement . But surely not recommended at all. There are many others who have good quality and better price with excellent customer care.
